ETFE Coated Piping Ducts
Our exclusive Partner Kenyon manufacture ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) coated piping systems using state-of-the-art production facilities.
These facilities are equipped with the latest manufacturing techniques and feature test laboratories for strict quality control. The ETFE-coated stainless steel piping systems are produced in compliance with the stringent requirements of Factory Mutual (FM) Research Standards 4922 and 4910.
Our suppliers are among the few companies to have received FM Approval for our line of ETFE-coated stainless steel fume exhaust ducts.
Our ETFE-coated stainless steel piping systems provide an excellent solution for handling corrosive fumes generated in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing, petrochemicals, and waste disposal, which use aggressive chemicals in their production processes. The ETFE coating applied to our pipes outperforms other materials in terms of chemical resistance, and the proprietary ETFE coating technology ensures superior adhesion to stainless steel, ensuring the coating remains intact even under extreme operational conditions.
Our piping systems, both ETFE-coated and uncoated, are easy to install and can be easily adapted on-site to meet specific conditions. They are available in standard sizes but can also be customized to meet SMACNA and other relevant standards.
- The average thickness of the ETFE thermoplastic coating is around 250 microns
- The pipes withstand continuous use in temperature ranges from -100°C to 150°C
- Pipe diameters range from 100 mm to 3,500 mm (4" to 138"), with lengths up to 2,400 mm (8')
- We provide SUS304 / 304L / 316 / 316L stainless steel for all pipe fittings, as well as carbon steel (CS) flanges.

Stainless Steel Piping Ducts
As an exclusive partner, we also offer untreated stainless steel pipes and the appropriate accessories from Kenyon Technology. Our partner manufactures these products on state-of-the-art production facilities. Kenyon is equipped with the latest production techniques and has testing laboratories for strict quality controls. The stainless steel pipe systems are manufactured according to the strict specifications of the Factory Mutual (FM) research standards 4922 and 4910. Kenyon is among the few companies that have received FM approval for stainless steel piping. Our piping systems are easy to install and can be easily adapted to local conditions on site. They are available in standard sizes but can also be custom-made to meet SMACNA and other relevant standards.
